One more thing (sorry, I was quickly glancing while at work) Kami's markings extend over his shoulders. The key to them is good blending between the white and grey :)

Just the blending (I said that already though <.<) Make sure all the markings are well blended. Neither wolf has a definite line between markings and pelt color. If you use Photoshop, it would be using the dodge tool so that the fur looks more natural (my IRL mate does a lot with designing and such).

ok, this WIP only shows the flat colour to see well the markings xD I always blend the markings of the characters, be tranquil ^^

I'd add a little more white into the back 'stripes' on the daughter :)

Her markings are actually identical to the fathers, just reversed colors (more grey, less white) but going off of the ref she has up I'd still add a bit more white to the back 'stripes'
